Why I Choose Stoic Parenting?
I grew up in a home that was anything but Stoic. There was a lot of yelling and hitting, and I learned to stay quiet and out of the way, becoming somewhat of a wallflower. This upbringing contributed to an imbalance in my emotions, leading to anger outbursts and fights as I tried to release my pent-up anger.
